Subscription Plan Differences Explained
We offer a range of plans that are designed to fulfill the needs of our customers. Our available plans are divided into four categories: Starter, Professional, Premier, and Free.
You can choose between a monthly or annual subscription for paid plans. View our Billing, Pricing and Plans FAQ article for further information.
Starter Plans
Starter plans consist of low-volume email packages (10K or 40K), and these packages come with:
- 30 days of reporting.
- Email overage (up to 3x your subscription limit, billed in 1000 email increments).
- Subaccount management.
- Ticket, phone, and live chat support.
- Email Archiving and SMS Messaging are available as optional add on features.
- IP Authentication and Address Authentication (available on request).
- Unlimited team members for login access.
- Scheduled Reporting - create automated reports to be emailed daily, weekly or monthly.
- Activity Duration - extend activity storage from the default 30 days to 60 days, 120 days, 1 year or 2 years, for an additional fee.
Professional Plans
Professional plans are defined as high-volume email packages (100K to 3M), all of which have the same perks of the starter plans. These subscriptions provide:
- 30 days of reporting
- Email overage (up to 3x your subscription limit, billed in 1000 email increments)
- Subaccount management.
- Ticket, phone, and live chat support.
- Single dedicated IP address.
- Email testing tools.
- Email Archiving and SMS Messaging are available as optional add on features.
- IP Authentication and Address Authentication (available on request).
- Unlimited team members for login access.
- Scheduled Reporting - create automated reports to be emailed daily, weekly or monthly.
- Activity Duration - extend activity storage from the default 30 days to 60 days, 120 days, 1 year or 2 years, for an additional fee.
Additional dedicated IP addresses can be purchased for $19 USD per month.
Premier Plans
Premier plans are custom high-volume email packages for enterprise-level senders (3M and up), all of which have the same perks of the Professional plans plus personalized setup and support. These subscriptions provide:
- 30 days of reporting.
- Email overage (up to 3x your subscription limit, billed in 1000 email increments).
- Subaccount management.
- Ticket, phone, and live chat support.
- Single dedicated IP address.
- Email testing tool.
- Email Archiving and SMS Messaging are available as optional add on features.
- IP Authentication and Address Authentication (available on request).
- Unlimited team members for login access.
- Scheduled Reporting - create automated reports to be emailed daily, weekly or monthly.
- Activity Duration - extend activity storage from the default 30 days to 60 days, 120 days, 1 year or 2 years, for an additional fee.

Free Plan
The free plan is restricted to a daily limit of 200 emails and 1,000 emails per month. Additionally, if no sender domain is verified, a 25 emails per hour limit will apply. This package includes:
- Five days of reporting
- Up to five sender domains or single sender email addresses
- Ticket support only
- A maximum of two team members for login access
Accounts on the free plan cannot use paid features, such as Email Overage, Email Testing Tools, Subaccounts, SMS Messaging, Email Archiving, IP Authentication, Address Authentication, Scheduled Reporting, Activity Storage extension or access premium support features such as phone and on-demand chat.
