Filters
The Charts page provides a visual representation of your sending for a selected timeframe. You can specify additional filters including:
- Event - email processed, soft bounced, hard bounced, rejected, marked as spam, delivered to recipient, recipient unsubscribed and recipient resubscribed.
- By selected subaccounts or master account.
- Specific users - SMTP Users, API Keys or Authenticated IPs - IP Authentication.
Display options for Charts
Choose to display the data by Hours, Days, Weeks or Months and choose to display data as a total count or percentage.
The tabs along the top right allow you to choose to display the chart by Events, Per Subaccount (if Subaccounts are in use), Per User or Demographics.
Demographics
Demographics displays a world map which you can hover over showing opens as well as data for the top countries (open total and percentage) and the top email clients (open total and percentage). This data can be exported. Open Tracking must be enabled for this feature to work.
