Updating Your Payment Details
If you need to update your payment details or change the credit card or PayPal email address associated with your account, please follow these steps:
- Log into your SMTP2GO account at https://app.smtp2go.com.
- Go to "Account > Billing Details" on the left-side navigation menu.
- Click "Update payment method" or you may need to choose "View billing details" and then on the following page, please click "Edit subscription" and follow the steps provided.
Note: Only team members with the "Owner" permission level will have access and be able to update payment details.
