Updating Billing Details

If you need to change or update your billing details with us, it's a simple process. Just follow these steps, and if you have any issues or questions, feel free to get in touch

Note: Only team members with the permission of 'Owner' will have the ability to see and access the Billing Details page.

Log into your SMTP2GO account at https://app.smtp2go.com​.
Hover your mouse over your name at the top right hand corner of the screen.
Choose "Billing Details".
On the next page, choose "View billing details".
On the following page, please click "Edit subscription" and follow the steps provided.

From here, you can also view your current billing details and update the billing email address associated with your SMTP2GO account. 


On the right hand of the page, under "History" you can see your payment history and download your invoices by clicking on the transaction ID, or the PDF icon.
