Updating Billing Details
If you need to update your billing details with us, it's a simple process. Just follow these steps, and if you have any issues or questions, feel free to get in touch.
Note: Only team members with the permission of "Owner" will have the ability to see and access the Billing Details page.
- Log into your SMTP2GO account at https://app.smtp2go.com.
- Go to "Account > Billing Details" on the left-side navigation menu.
- On the Billing Details page, choose "Change contact details" or if your account has not switched to the newer version of the Billing Details page you may see and need to click the "View billing details" link, and then follow the options.
Note: if you need to update payment details please view the Updating Your Payment Details article.
You can see your payment history and download your invoices.
You can additionally add up to 6 extra contacts to receive notifications. They can be set to receive billing emails, account update emails or both.
