Verifying Login Devices

When signing into an account’s dashboard from a new, unrecognized device, you will receive an email notification asking you to verify that the login attempt is legitimate. Dashboard access will not be granted until the new device is verified. If you are using two-factor authentication, you won't be required to verify your device.

Users are required to verify a new device once by clicking the confirmation link within the email notification. Remember to check all of the inbox’s folders for the verification email.

This new security feature has been designed to alert you should there be an unauthorized attempt to log in to your account.
