DNS Setup for Gandi

The following guide is relevant for SMTP2GO customers, who have a domain name hosted with Gandi.

Step 1

Log in to your Gandi account. Select your appropriate domain under Domains tab and click the DNS Records from the navigation menu. 

 

Step 2

To create a new record, click the Add button under DNS Records.

Step 3

Select the CNAME from the Type drop-down menu.

Enter the first part of the Hostname we recommend into the Name field followed by a full stop/period.

Enter the Hostname that we advise for your CNAME record.

Click the Create button.

You can find the "Hostname" and "Value" on the Sending > Verified Senders > Sender domains section of your SMTP2GO Dashboard.

Repeat step 2 for each required CNAME record.
