DNS Setup for CloudAccess.net

The following guide is relevant for SMTP2GO customers, who have a domain name hosted with CloudAccess.net.

Step 1

Log in to your cloudaccess.net account. Go to Cloud Control Panel >> Domain DNS.

Step 2

To create a new record, click the New (+) button.

Enter the Hostname we recommend into the Name field.
Note: You may only need to add the first part of the recommended hostname and not your full domain name to your DNS records as your provider may automatically add it.

Select CNAME from the Type drop-down menu.

Enter the Value that we advise for your CNAME record into the Content field

 

Click the Save & Close button.

You can find the "Hostname" and "Value" on the Sending > Verified Senders > Sender domains section of your SMTP2GO Dashboard.

Repeat step 2 for each required CNAME record.
