Enabling or Disabling Delivery Status Notifications (DSN) in Outlook
In Outlook, you have the option to receive a delivery receipt confirming the email was delivered to the recipient’s mail server.
To turn the Delivery Status Notification (or DSN) on or off you will need to go to File > Options > Select the ‘Mail’ tab and then scroll down to the ‘Tracking’ header.
Here you will have the option to turn the feature on or off, as shown below in the screenshot:
