This article covers how to switch your account's subscription from our old payment processor to our new payment processor (Chargebee).
By using our new payment processor, you'll receive more detailed invoicing and access to additional paid features that are not available via the old payment processor, including the "Activity Duration" extension and SMS Messaging.
How to switch:
- Navigate to the "Account > Billing Details" page of your account on the left-side menu.
- Click the "Continue to Update Billing" button.
- On the "Checkout" page, select your payment method, enter the required details and click the "Confirm" button.
Your account's subscription will automatically be switched to our new payment processor and payments will be handled via this moving forward. Your payment date won't change, and no immediate payment will be required if you are partway through your subscription month.
It is important to note that you'll receive an invoice immediately, but this will say $0 has been charged, and this is just part of the process of switching. No action is required with this invoice.
