Upgrading From Our Old System To The New System

If your current SMTP2GO account has a daily limit (not a monthly limit) and you are using SMTP server smtp2go.com then you are on one of our older-style plans.

We have migrated to a new system which comes with a much more fully-featured control panel.

Note: your list of allowed sender email addresses is now located on the 'Settings > Address Authentication' page.

However, you no longer need to add any sender email addresses if you advise your senders to connect with an SMTP username/password. You can view/edit your SMTP username/password on the 'Settings > Users' page. All of your senders can use the exact same SMTP username if you wish.

You can also upgrade your account to one of our newer-style plans, which have monthly email limits, by logging into your SMTP2GO control panel, then clicking 'Change Plan' from the top-right menu.
