Contact Form Setup

If you have a website with a Contact form, it is important to set the 'From' email address to be an email address that belongs to your company, and set the 'Reply-to' email address to be the email address of the person submitting the form.
The 'From' email address will need to be a verified sender in your account (Sending > Verified Senders).

The email will appear to be sent from your company's own email address, and will therefore pass all delivery checks that are made (DMARC, DKIM and SPF). Because the email's 'Reply-to' address is set as the form submitter's email address, the recipient (you) will be able to just hit reply to send an email back to the real sender if necessary.
