Reopening a Closed Account
If you have closed your account, but have changed your mind or need to reopen it again, please follow these steps:
- Log into your SMTP2GO account at https://app.smtp2go.com.
- Click the “Renew my account” button on your main Dashboard page.
- You will be taken to the "Account > Billing Details" page where you can reactivate your subscription. You can also navigate to the "Account > Change Plan" page if you wish to select a different plan, then follow the steps to renew.
